Jason Ruse

National

Head of Key Partnerships

Jason came to Key in 2016 to support the growth of the market share within the adviser community, and to develop new and existing relationships across all Key's referral propositions. Jason has almost 30 years of regional and national experience in the specialist retirement and investment markets, and has managed national strategic relationships between large mortgage networks, retirement firms and IFAs, as well as working in the investment banking sector.

Will Hale

CEO Key Retirement

Will joined Key in March 2014 from specialist annuity provider Partnership, where he was Director of Corporate Partnerships. He is an experienced relationship manager and has also performed senior sales and proposition development roles focused on the retirement market, including as Commercial Leader for Genworth’s European Retirement and Protection business, and as Head of Distribution at Lincoln Financial Group.

Craig Newby

Partnership Account Manager

Craig joined Key Partnerships in 2016 after working in direct to consumer sales and customer services for 15 years, including 4 years as part of Key Retirement. Craig has become an integral part of a team who helped drive the growth of Key Partnerships by booking record appointment levels and developing and nurturing relationships with our partners across the country.

Stuart Wilson

Marketing Director

Stuart began working at KR Group as B2B Marketing Director in 2014, where he has represented various B2B brands including Key Partnerships. He has over 25 years experience in the financial services sector working for a range of well-known companies, such as Friends Provident, Abbey Life and Just Retirement. He also ran his own marketing agency specialising in helping advisers working in the mortgage market. 

Joel Madden

Telephone Account Manager

Joel began his career in the financial services sector by joining Key Partnerships in 2016, after taking his FCA and SFA exams whilst working in direct to customer sales. He has become an exemplary member of the sales team by helping to develop business partnerships and stimulating growth, making for a record-breaking 2016.

Hema Patel

North

Business Development Manager

Hema worked closely with advisers and partners as a Senior Estate Planner and Will Writer for eleven years at Key Retirement and Key Partnerships. She is now a Business Development Manager, where she continues to work closely with financial advisers and develop relationships with our partners in the North of the UK.

Jacques Pienaar

South

Business Development Manager

Jacques has a breadth of experience in the financial services, beginning as an Account Manager in 1994, and then as an Independent Financial Adviser for some years. He then founded his own financial services company in 2007 which provides specialist independent advice on mortgages, investments and pensions. He joined Key Partnerships in 2017 to further grow the relationships with our partners in the South of the UK.

Marc Orme

Sales Manager

Marc joined Key Partnerships in May 2017 to develop the Telephone Account Management team and create a proactive team to support and develop intermediary relationships. Marc has 10 years experience working alongside intermediaries in the general insurance and financial services markets.

Gillian Roberts

Midlands

Business Development Manager

Gillian has a wealth of experience and knowledge in banking and financial services, particularly within the mortgage and protection market. As well as having advised clients directly herself, Gillian has also managed and developed account relationships within the mortgage intermediary sector from both lender and general insurance provider perspective over a 9 year period. She has joined Key Partnerships in 2018 to provide further help and support to our partners in the Midlands Region.

Partnership Account Manager

Ben joined Key Partnerships in June 2017 as part of the intermediary sales team. His main focus has been to develop existing and build new relationships with introducers. Ben has 8 years experience in the financial services industry in the UK and internationally.

Karl Nixon

Karl joined KR Group in 2017 as a Marketing Executive to support the growth of B2B channels across a number of brands. He has a degree in business and marketing and over 5 years experience working in financial services and retail for both B2B and B2C brands.

Ryan Fleming

Telephone Account Manager

Ryan Fleming joined Key Partnerships in 2017 to support the continued growth in the channel. Ryan spent 3 years working for Key Retirement in the direct to consumer space and is well placed to deliver support to our partners and customers.

Jessica Staveley-Cooper

Partnership Account Manager

Jess joined Key Partnerships in March 2018 as a Partnership Account Manager to provide support for advisers and develop existing and new key partners in the South.  Jess has a degree in Nutrition and Health and has previously worked with businesses to implement cash-flow and payroll software.
