Refer a Friend Scheme – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Refer a Friend scheme (“Scheme”) offered by Key Partnerships (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By taking part, you (“Referrer”) agree to comply with these Terms and any other instructions we issue in connection with the Scheme.

2. Eligibility
The Scheme is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
The Referrer must be registered with Key Partnerships.
The Referred Friend (“Friend”) must have not previously registered or made an equity release referral to Key Partnerships.
They must also not be part of a network eg. Openwork, L&G Mortgage Club.
Employees, agents, and contractors of Key Partnerships (and their immediate families) may not participate.

3. How to Participate
The Referrer must complete the referral form with their Friends details, as provided online by Key Partnerships.
A successful referral is only deemed complete once the Friend has fulfilled all qualifying criteria specified in the Scheme description (for example, made a successful first referral which has resulted in an equity release being paid out).

4. Rewards
A reward of £200 shopping vouchers will be issued for each successful first referral.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative unless expressly stated.
Rewards will be processed within 28 working days of confirmation that the qualifying criteria have been met.

5. Restrictions and Fair Use
There is no limit to the number of Friends that an individual can refer and they will receive a reward for each successful first referral made by each Friend.
We reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or cancel any rewards where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

6. Data Protection
Personal data collected through the Scheme will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We will only use your personal information to operate and manage this Scheme and as set out in our Privacy Policy.
You have rights to access, correct, or erase your personal data, details of which are provided in our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability
Key Partnerships shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising out of participation in the Scheme, except where such loss cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.
We are not responsible for any technical malfunction, system error, or third-party failure that may impact participation or reward delivery.

8. Changes and Termination
We may suspend, amend, or terminate the Scheme at any time and without prior notice.
Any amendments will be published on our website and will take immediate effect.
Referrals made before termination will be honoured, provided all eligibility requirements have been met.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
