Refer an Advisor Scheme – Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction
    These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Refer an Advisor scheme (“Scheme”) offered by Key Partnerships (“we”, “us”, “our”).
    By taking part, you (“Referring Advisor” and “Referred Advisor”) agree to comply with these Terms and any other instructions we issue in connection with the Scheme.
  2. Eligibility
    The Scheme is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
    The Referring Advisor must be registered with Key Partnerships.
    The Referred Advisor must have not previously registered or made an equity release referral to Key Partnerships.
    They must also not be part of a network eg. Openwork, L&G Mortgage Club.
    Employees, agents, and contractors of Key Partnerships (and their immediate families) may not participate.
  3. How to Participate
    The Referred Advisor must complete the online referral form provided, with their details and those of the Referring Advisor.
    A successful referral is only deemed complete once the Referred Advisor has fulfilled all qualifying criteria specified in the Scheme description (for example, made a successful first referral which has resulted in an equity release being paid out).
  4. Rewards
    A reward of £50 shopping vouchers will be issued to the Referred Advisor upon their first qualifying referral. A reward of £100 shopping vouchers will be issued to the Referring Advisor once the Referred Advisor has made a referral that results in an equity release being paid out. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative unless expressly stated.
    Rewards will be processed within 28 working days of confirmation that the qualifying criteria have been met.
  5. Restrictions and Fair Use
    There is no limit to the number of Advisors that an individual can refer and they will receive a reward for each successful first referral that has resulted in an equity release being paid out, made by each Referred Advisor. The Referred Advisor will only be eligible to receive one reward upon their first qualifying referral.
    We reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or cancel any rewards where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
  6. Data Protection
    Personal data collected through the Scheme will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
    We will only use your personal information to operate and manage this Scheme and as set out in our Privacy Policy.
    You have rights to access, correct, or erase your personal data, details of which are provided in our Privacy Policy.
  7. Liability
    Key Partnerships shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising out of participation in the Scheme, except where such loss cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.
    We are not responsible for any technical malfunction, system error, or third-party failure that may impact participation or reward delivery.
  8. Changes and Termination
    We may suspend, amend, or terminate the Scheme at any time and without prior notice.
    Any amendments will be published on our website and will take immediate effect.
    Referrals made before termination will be honoured, provided all eligibility requirements have been met.
  9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
    The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
